How long does it take before my order is shipped?
Your products will usually ship within 1 business day of your initial order. Orders are shipped using USPS Priority 2-Day Mail. Therefore, you should expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days
How long does it take before my order Apparel order is shipped?
All apparel is custom printed after we receive your order, therefore it takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Usually, it takes around 5-7 business days for your order to arrive!
97.66% of our apparel orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Why did I get two different tracking numbers and shipping confirmations?
We ship orders from two separate warehouses. Therefore, if you ordered supplement products as well as apparel products, you'll receive two different order confirmations and tracking numbers, since they're coming from different places.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The duties, taxes, and associated fees, if applicable, are not included in the estimated shipping costs.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Elivate Nutrition has no control over these charges, nor can Elivate Nutrition predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Can I return my products?
Unfortunately products can not be processed for return, due to safety concerns. However if you're unsatisfied with your product or feel like it's just not right for you, send us a message at email@example.com and together, we can find a way to turn that frown upside down!
Can I exchange apparel products?
If you ordered apparel, and it just doesn't fit right, please email us! However we do not return or exchange products for buyers remorse
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. You can return them for exchange by returning them to the address provided on the shipping label. SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
